The Novice Bikers are seeking sponsorship to help fund The Big Ride for Cancer Research.
The Big Ride for Cancer Research – My name is Jon Weston and I am a producer in the Television industry. I have recently started up my own production project 2wenty2wo Films working and collaborating to create visual content across music, commercials and narrative.
I have been raising money for Cancer Research since 2018 and with just a football event have raised over 10k since then. I do it due to my grandfather having it 4 times and unfortunately my friend’s Kitt’s father recently passed away from it. So I now want to think bigger! To do something bigger! To raise as much money as possible and this idea is just that…
Over the next 2 years myself and Kitt want to ride all the way round the world (rough timeline would be in 2025) The plan is to start our filming process and planning now, do a UK centric test ride in just 7 days in 2024 and then, hopefully not too long after that, start what will be the greatest test of the project. Around the World! Every ride we do will raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research.
We are funding all filming and travel off our own back so this is a case of if you don’t ask you don’t get so we are reaching out to motorcycle brands and sponsors for help. We already managed to get Fuel motorcycles involved who will be supplying us gear and clothes throughout the process which is a fantastic start and will help us greatly!
I have attached a covering letter written by the Marketing Director so you don’t think we are blaggers.
It is important to use that we have the money to be able to facilitate this dream and hopefully raise as much cash as possible for Cancer Research in the process. Your involvement will allow us to pay for the right equipment, accommodation and any paper work that needs doing throughout the process as well as get us trained and ready for such a mammoth task.

Specific Opportunity Details
We plan to consistently build our audience by filming the whole process and releasing the series on YouTube as well as constant updates on socials such as Instagram and TikTok. Donations pages will run throughout the trips as well as when films are releasing online to maximise how much we can raise for cancer research.
