Tom Crawley F.A.T Karting League & BIKC 2026
I am a 12 year old motorsport enthusiast from Hampshire and started my karting journey in 2024 with a gift of an indoor karting voucher from my grandparents. After that first go I quickly decided I wanted to pursue this and following some encouragement (and an extra session) from the marshals signed up for the Race Academy.
I quickly progressed through to Advanced Level and qualified for the Local Final of the BIKC on my first attempt. By the end of 2024 I knew I wanted to progress to outdoor karting and after doing a lot of research with my parents decided that we would do some pre-season testing in the F.A.T Karting League in early 2025.
I was signed off to be ready to race on my first morning and we quickly signed up for the Regional Championship. At the time of writing I have completed 7 of the 9 rounds and sit second in the Championship, 5 points off the leader. So far this season I have achieved:
-6 race wins – the most of any driver
-5 pole positions and
-2 fastest laps
-I have also been invited to go to the World Finals in California in December as a result of my performance in the Regional Championship
As well as the F.A.T Karting League I have continued to take part in the British Indoor Karting Championship (BIKC) achieving:
-3rd place in the Local Final
-2nd place in the Regional Final finishing either 1st or second across all 6 sessions and
-Earning entry into the National Finals in November
I am hugely passionate about motorsport and take my karting very seriously with my naturally competitive nature meaning I give it my all whenever I’m racing. Taking part in competitive karting has also introduced me to a load of new people and meant that I’ve formed new friendships and had to learn to interact with mechanics and organisors which has helped my confidence grow.
For 2026 I want to move up to the F.A.T Karting Pro championship which will be more of a time and cost commitment required to travel to different circuits all across the country and it is with these additional costs that I am seeking some help as it will allow me to take my karting career to the next level.
Target Audience
Karting is an increasingly diverse sport so appeals to anyone from the age of 6 upwards with an interest in motorsport or competitive sports in general. This is a real family friendly sport with most race meetings the driver accompanied by both parents and siblings creating a community atmosphere.
In terms of sponsors any business with a link to motorsport or motoring would be an ideal match but I would love to hear from any business who would like to sponsor a young talent and help me pursue my dream of making a career in motorsport.
Key Dates and Timings
I am seeking sponsorship to help towards the cost of taking part in the 2026 F.A.T Karting League Pro Championship as well as continuing to compete in the BIKC.

Investment
Investment required for 2026 would be in the region of £5000. That won’t cover the whole seasons cost of racing, practicing, travel etc but will help towards it.
Likewise I’m not expecting to get that investment from one sponsor, although that would be amazing, I would happily accept smaller amounts from multiple sponsors.
