Toastmasters D71 Solihull Conference
Toastmasters is a not-for-profit organisation helping members develop their public speaking, leadership and confidence. Every year, District 71 (UK and Ireland, excluding the South) hosts a 3 day International Conference to bring education to its members and allow networking across the Toastmasters community. In May 2025, this will be hosted in Solihull, England.
Our conference will host around 300 members, but will be advertised to our 5000 members, with some further advertisement globally to over 100,000 Toastmasters via social media.
We are looking for sponsors who want to promote either a brand local to Solihull, matching our local Midlands groups, or International, like our overall organisation. We specialise in education, leadership and community so feel we would resonate great with organisations looking to bring communities together or where leading or speaking can be linked.
Target Audience
Over 18s, including professionals, self employed and retired people of all genders. As this is not a physical activity, Toastmasters does lend itself to people with both physical and mental health issues
Key Dates and Timings
The conference will be on the 9-11th May 2025. This is a 3 day conference. Sponsorship will run from payment to the end of May 202t after we wrap up the conference
Specific Opportunity Details
The conference will be held in Solihull on the 9-11th May 2025. This will be held for 3 days to around 300 members from across UK and Ireland but will be advertised to our over 5000 members. We also promote on our International social media which has over 100k members.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a not for profit event which is not related to sports or children. This is for adults who are looking to develop their soft skills and gain confidence in who they are.
This covers young adults who do not have strong interview skills or large job experience, older individuals who want a promotion to to start their own business but it also covers retired members who just want a social way to connect with others. With a large range of demographics, there will definitely be a strong target audience for most sponsors

A Toastmasters Conference is held in D71 every year. This is in a different location and team each time, meaning members usually keep and look back at historic programmes, social media etc, meaning the advertisement is there in a small amount forever. We are working with local corporate businesses to attend also, providing further advertising.
