TAILFEATHER DANCE CIC

Tailfeather Dance CIC is an inclusive dance company working with adults who have Down Syndrome and learning disabilities. Based in the Reigate area, Surrey, we create a safe, joyful space where our dancers can build confidence, develop creativity, improve physical fitness, and experience the transformative power of performance.

Target Audience

Our work appeals to a wide and diverse audience:

Primary Participants: Adults with Down Syndrome and learning disabilities, aged 18–40+, who attend our weekly classes and performances. They and their families are deeply loyal and engaged, valuing organisations that champion inclusivity and equality.

Families & Carers: Predominantly 25–65 years old, socially active, community-minded, and appreciative of businesses that invest in wellbeing and social impact.

Wider Community & Audiences: Inclusive of all age groups, with strong representation from local families, arts supporters, disability advocates, and education/health professionals.

Demographic Profile: Mixed gender and background, typically C1–C2–D–E, but with strong community influence and reach across broader ABC1 networks via carers, schools, disability organisations, and local councils.

Our “fan base” values creativity, diversity, and wellbeing. Sponsors can expect their brand to be seen by an audience that is loyal, socially engaged, and positively responsive to businesses that demonstrate genuine commitment to inclusion and social good.

Key Dates and Timings

Key Dates and Timings – Tailfeather Dance CIC

Our hall hire costs are due to increase from January 2026. We are therefore seeking sponsorship to cover this essential cost for a two-year period (January 2026 – December 2027).

To make it easier for partners to get involved, we offer several options:

Full Sponsorship (2 years) → Covers all hall hire costs from January 2026 – December 2027. Ensures full continuity and secures maximum brand visibility and recognition throughout the partnership.

Annual Sponsorship → Covers one full year of hall hire (2026 or 2027). Provides stability for a 12-month period and all associated sponsor benefits.

Term-by-Term Sponsorship → Supports one term (approx. 10–12 weeks) of classes. This option allows multiple sponsors to share impact and offers flexibility for businesses of different sizes.

By committing to any of these options, sponsors will secure ongoing visibility, strengthen their community presence, and directly enable adults with Down Syndrome and learning disabilities to continue accessing life-changing dance opportunities.
