SWFT Charity is the official NHS Charity for South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. While the NHS receives some Government funding, our departments struggle with the necessary funds to purchase life improving equipment, support staff health and wellbeing, and providing care and services that enhance patient care across all of South Warwickshire. Sponsorship and support from business and corporate partners is vital in order to help us in our mission to fundraise and improve the lives of everyone in South Warwickshire.

Target Audience

It appeals to everyone. While breast cancer affects women of most ages, it also appeals to loved ones of those who are affected by the disease.

Key Dates and Timings

The event date is Friday, 18th October 2024 at 7pm until approximately 10pm. We would love to have a sponsor join us, especially so we were able to thank you properly! However there would be no obligation to.

Specific Opportunity Details

The next event in our calendar is for the Breast Cancer care team at Warwick Hospital. All funds raised are going to the equipment needed in the Helen Clark Suite. The event is now sold out and is set to be a great night of quizzing fun and some information and guidance available from members of the Breast Care Team. We need a small sponsorship to purchase refreshments for the event either through a free drink on arrival, or via a discount voucher for beverages served at the local venue. This event is a key part of our new event fundraising strategy to ensure that the momentum of such a good first event allows a healthy appetite and uptake of our next fundraising events that take us into 2025. Being the sponsor for this event would mean more recognition within the midlands region, and specifically in Warwickshire.
Our Trust network is vast, and the weekly e-newsletter is regularly read by thousands of staff, and their friends and family. As well as heavy social media coverage on our expanding social accounts, we would ensure that the sponsor would feature on the trust's e- newsletter, and the charity communications.

Features and Benefits

The sponsor would be included in all future communication sent out about the event to make sure they have as much visibility as they can. They would have future promotional opportunity as an event review social media strategy has been planned to highlight the popularity of our charity events.

Other Partners

We have received some raffle prizes from places such as Bravissimo, local bakeries, Heavenly Desserts, and hampers from supermarkets.
