Row with the Flow – Worlds Toughest Row
We’re a women’s trio crew called Row With The Flow. We’re rowing across the Atlantic Ocean in December taking part in the World’s Toughest Row – a 3000 mile rowing race from La Gomera, Spain to Antigua in the Caribbean.

Our Instagram has around 5.6k views a month with a loyal and engaged following.
We’re rowing for two charities: The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and conservation charity Ocean Generation.
Less than 400 women have ever rowed an ocean – and we’re aiming for a new world record.
The race has a 45 million global TV audience. There’ve been more than 17,000 pieces in print and online with over 100 million circulation.
13 million videos are posted annually on Tik Tok about the race, it has a 60 million lifetime reach on Facebook and 3 million views on YouTube.
Key Dates and Timings
We row out of La Gomera in December 2025 for around 30-50 days at sea. Weather and storms will determine in part how long our journey takes.

We’re Rosie, 26, Mel, 33 and Clare, 46, aka Row with The Flow. We’re three women, three different decades in age and we’re rowing 3000 miles unsupported across the Atlantic. We’re aiming to set a new women’s trio record which currently stands at 40 days 10 hours and 59 minutes.

Our crew is Clare, 46, a journalist and Sunday Times best selling ghostwriter, Rosie, 26, a PT and army reservist and Mel, 31, from Sydney a social worker.

It’s an incredibly well supported/viewed race and endeavour so a great opportunity for exposure. Over 3 million people track the race itself, 400,000 people view the live streams, it’s got 13 million tik tok views, a 60 million reach on FB.
Fewer than 400 women have rowed an ocean and more people summit Everest annually than have ever crossed an ocean. Additionally more people have been into space than have rowed an ocean. We’ll row for 2 hours on, 2 hours off the entire journey.

We’re having a brand new boat built for us which is the first of its kind in the world and we’ve been invited to the Dartmouth Regatta in August as their only ocean rowing boat, they’re giving us a stand and presence with the boat for the entire weekend.
