Ride For Change – My name is Paul J Goddard, and I am a mental health advocate and founder of Talking Mental Health. I am writing to you today to request your sponsorship for my upcoming national cycle from John O’Groats to Lands’ End.
As you may know, mental health is at an all-time high in the UK. The living crisis and the war in Ukraine have only exacerbated the problem, leaving many people feeling hopeless and alone. My mission is to raise awareness of mental health and give people hope.
I believe that cycling from John O’Groats to Lands’ End is a powerful way to do this. It is a challenging and symbolic journey that will capture the attention of the media and the public. I will be sharing my story and my message of hope throughout my Ride For Change, and I will be encouraging others to speak out about their own mental health challenges.
