The Manchester Eurovision Party is one of the biggest annual celebrations of the World’s most watched music show, the Eurovision Song Contest. Celebrating 20 years, we are now striving to produce a two day live concert and other events in April 2025 showcasing acts that will take part in next years contest as well as those from previous editions.
We have teamed up with Copenhagen Eurovision Party which successfully launched their first major preview event in 2024 which saw over 40 acts take to their stage.
Manchester is one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the UK and has a massive Eurovision following and the UK has the largest official fan club of Eurovision in the world. Already, fans from across Europe are wanting to attend our event and artists are initially signing up for the event. However, we need your support.
Brand Sponsorship gains more focus and attention via social media content than radio or television broadcasts, and it our aim that with every featured post, either as our main sponsor or as a series of varied sponsors, your brand would be attached to any of our marketing content to gain full exposure.
The weekend event aims to take place on the 12th and 13th April 2025 and will feature a press afternoon meet and greet session, two live concerts and two official after party events. Your branding will be visible across all events. Other opportunities may also be available if you enquire.

Target Audience
Eurovision and Music fans alike. The age range is 18 - 70. Our key demographic is currently 65% male in the 18-45 range. LGBTQ+ focused.
Key Dates and Timings
The dates of this event are Saturday, 12th April and Sunday, 13th April 2025.
Sponsorship would last a full year and be expanded across our other events planned including the world's first Eurovision AR experience, the grand final broadcast live on giant projection walls with graphics and lighting immersing viewers in the action like they have never seen before, plus, future events including final broadcasts of the Melodifestivalen Grand Final and future concerts planned at the latter half of 2025.
Initial sponsorship we are looking for is to cover the cost of the venue. Over the two days this is approximately £5,000 per day. The sooner we have a sponsor to cover this initial cost, the sooner we can place tickets on sale to generate further revenue. Your brand and sponsorship could get the head start as we are the first to advertise our event for next year and fans across the world are already interested in attending and wanting to book their tickets. Specific Opportunity Details
Manchester Eurovision Party has been growing each year. In 2023, we featured in a BBC Eurovision film presented by Jason Mansford and Chelcee Grimes on BBC 1, we have been an active provider to radio stations like Capital FM, Hits Radio and more for interviews about the Eurovision Song Contest.
We have in the past been the only event to host parties across 7 days of Eurovision Week and had over 4,500 visitors in 2023. Copenhagen Eurovision Party had over 1,000 attend their first Official Eurovision Party in 2024. The event was promoted across both Eurovision and non-Eurovision focused media platforms including the Official Eurovision website.
Our ticket sales for MEP 2024 alone via Skiddle reached over 120,000 active views and all our events in the past have sold out prior to the date of the events. Copenhagen currently has over 16, 500 follows on their Instagram account alone and we are growing fast, so, by the time the 2025 event comes around, we aim to have more exposure than any other event of its kind in the UK.
Features and Benefits
Sponsors would get their branding across all printed materials. Any video content could showcase a short advertisement prior to our advertisement, giving your brand greater exposure like YouTube advertising. Some hospitality tickets would be made available for sponsors. Merchadising and other promotional opportunities would also be made available upon request and availability.
Other Partners
Manchester Academy is the venue we aim to host the event at and it is pencilled in, waiting for your incredible sponsorship to move us to the next stage. Artists are already agreeing in principle to take part including Keiino and others. We are currently looking at other venues including legendary LGBTQ+ venue Cruz 101 to come on board as the official after party venue. C&D Security has also come on board to sponsor the events from an artists security point of view.

Investment
The initial sponsorship is for £10,000 to ensure we can cover the cost of the venue and any additional staging requirements for the event. As this is a large sum, the sponsor(s) would be made main sponsors of the events across 12 months. It would be a cash investment to secure the venue. Promotional advantages across social media, website and other platforms as well as brand awareness throughout the events would be included.
