I am a professional minigolfer just about to start my 2nd season on the UK tour. This will consist of at least 10 events over the year with a view to playing internationally in the next 2-3 years.
I am currently ranked 110 in the UK and 650 in the world but this will improve with the more tournaments I play.
The governing body for the sport in the UK is the British Minigolf Association (BMGA) which oversees all ranking events and ensures correct and proper play.
Minigolf is a fast growing sport and there are over 6000 courses in the UK.
Top players can earn prize money for each event but the cost of entry, travel and accommodation makes it difficult to maintain.
Sponsorship would give great coverage to the right company as spectators and press coverage is also growing.
I also promote the sport on various social media platforms and would push the visibility of any sponsor as much as possible.
Target Audience
The sport of minigolf is something that literally anyone can play. The age range is from first steps to seniors and there is opportunity to play at any course throughout the UK.
The sport attracts a diverse field and is accessible to all abilities and genders.
Key Dates and Timings
The various tour dates I am playing in take place between February and November. They can be found on the British Minigolf Association website.
Specific Opportunity Details
I have a growing social media following and a worldwide respect in the sport. I am just starting out but my potential in the sport is considerable. I aim to win at least one major this year and to gain a podium finish in the World Crazy Golf Championships in June 2026
