Herts Roller Speed Team
We are a Roller Speed Team consisting of 19 children aged 6-15, predominantly girls. Our skaters come from very different backgrounds with a common interest, skating at speed, racing and competing.
An ideal sponsor for us would share our love of sport, speed, adrenalin, health and fitness, they believe that children from any back ground can achieve great things by working hard, self motivation, keeping fit and having a healthy lifestyle, Not only do we compete at local and national level , we also attend international competitions.
Our sponsor would be willing to provide new skinsuits for our team proudly displaying their logo, maybe purchase some new wheels for our team, helping them to reach their full potential or provide the medals and prizes when we host a club competition.
In return our investors will be promoted at every race, on our social media platforms and at every opportunity to demonstrate the strength of partnership, exposing your brands to thousands of potential customers.
Target Audience
Our main target audience is sport and fitness enthusiasts, those with a love for wheeled sports, speed and adrenalin, from children with a love of skating aged 5 years, to senior men and women into their 70’s who still love to keep active within the sport. Skating is addictive and thrilling to watch, whether it’s short track sprinting, racing in heats, a longer marathon or the madness of a relay race there really is something for everyone. Being similar to ice speed skating there is a big cross over with spectators who enjoy watching both.
Key Dates and Timings
Ideally our sponsors would partner with us for a year initially, with view to renewing on an annual basis.
Specific Opportunity Details
2025 is another big year of racing for our team, with members registering for the road race marathon series which starting in April will be held in Stourport, Evesham, Leeds and finishing in Mallory Park this August. Many track events will be held from May to August in North London, Tiddington, and Leicester including the British Outdoor Track Championships.
There will be many competitors and spectators at each event. We also have skaters attending international competitions in Germany and Belgium, these events are streamed online which is significant exposure for our sponsors. Our social media pages have hundreds of followers and with posts shared across the wider skating community on a global scale.
Features and Benefits
We would like to have our sponsors branding on team skinsuits, branded back drops and equipment like the team gazebo, on our social media platforms and of course we would welcome our sponsors to come and spectate at an event of their choosing.
Other Partners
We are looking for our first investors, our team is a year old and successfully competing against more established teams, we feel the time is right to partner with a sponsor who would like to join in our success.
Investment
We are looking for either a cash or product investment between £1000 – £2000 initially for the first year, reviewed annually.
Other Info
We would consider a sponsor who aligns in the most positive way with our team, particularly sports, clothing and equipment, skates and skate equipment, wheels, bearing etc, health & fitness, food and nutrition.
