Ellis Crook Charity Run
I am undertaking a 500-mile run through France in memory of a close friend, whose loss has deeply impacted my life. This journey is not only a personal tribute but also a way to channel my grief into something meaningful, by raising awareness and funds for vital mental health services in the UK. Through this challenge, I hope to honor their memory while supporting others who may be struggling and in need of help.
Target Audience
The target audience for this challenge extends across the globe, reaching people of all ages, backgrounds, and communities who are affected by mental health in some way — whether personally or through supporting loved ones.
By sharing my journey, I want to promote the message that mental health matters everywhere and that it is both healthy and necessary to talk openly about our struggles. This run is not just about endurance; it’s about starting conversations, breaking down stigma, and showing people that they are not alone. Through global social media platforms, I aim to connect with individuals worldwide, encouraging them to support each other and reinforcing the importance of accessible mental health services for everyone.

Specific Opportunity Details
While my current platforms are personal — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok — I am committed to developing and growing them into dedicated spaces to document my journey, connect with supporters, and give partners valuable exposure.
Although I don’t yet have a large established following, I believe this challenge itself provides a compelling story that can attract wide attention, both online and within traditional media. A potential partner would not only be supporting a cause that directly benefits mental health services in the UK but would also be aligning themselves with a human, heartfelt story of resilience, remembrance, and social impact.
I am ready to commit additional time and effort to content creation, storytelling, and engagement to ensure the journey gains momentum and delivers value to all involved.
