CIYMS Cricket Club
CIYMS, a local cricket club, based just off the Belmont road in East Belfast.
For some context about us as a club, we have around 400 members around 2/3s of which are under 18 and welcome male and female players
Our women’s cricket section is likely to be a real area of growth for us as a club in the coming years
On Friday nights we run Kwik Cricket for upwards of 220 children to experience cricket and make new friends, as part of a wider strategic approach that works with young people from P1 right through until they are 20 years old & move to our senior ranks
Our footfall at the ground is around 35k per annum, we have a social media reach of over 6k (and growing) and our revamped website has averaged 20k visits in the last 3 years
Target Audience
Initially it would be the players themselves but also their families, friends and large group of supporters.
We have upwards of 70 families at kwik cricket on Friday nights which offers exposure to adults, teenagers and children.
We are a large club with Rugby, Tennis, Bowls, Squash and Drama sections all of whom would see the advertising. We are going live with our Games this year so your name could reach audiences world wide.
Key Dates and Timings
Our season runs from April to September. We play all over Ireland and have represented Ireland in European competitions
Specific Opportunity Details
We have a few different options for sponsorships the most basic of which is an advertisement board at our ground
that is £400 per annum
Included with that is a complimentary invite to our Sponsors Lunch which we run during the summer and an opportunity to meet both people from the club but also other businesses who support us.
Included with your advertisement board would be a media release across our social media channels and club newsletter and a link to your website would be added to our website to drive traffic in your direction as well.
If you had an appetite for a larger figure (£thousands rather than £hundreds) we have various spaces available on our kit to be negotiated, each with their own price depending on prominence, which we would love to fill.
Your company may be of a size that these are perhaps more appropriate/of more interest than just an ad board.
These start at around £1000 and go right up to being our Title Sponsor
Shirt sponsorship would also include all of the benefits of an Advertisement board sponsorship along with it (representation at the ground, media releases, website links, lunch invites etc) and would be on a minimum 3-year agreement basis so that your branding gets the exposure it deserves and we as a club don’t have to buy new kit every year
Back of the kit would make your company the second largest sponsor on our kit, and give you huge prominence to spectators and in photographs on an All Ireland basis
This would be £4000 initially rising to £5000 in year three (£500 increase per year through the life of the sponsorship)
This would be paid in quarterly instalments
You would receive a complimentary table for 8 at our Sponsors Lunch

Your name could take pride of place on the front of our playing kit and clubwear (We’reSure the current example)
This option would make you the largest sponsor at the club and allow us to take our club to the next level, and provide our community with even better cricket programmes to access.
This option would be
Year 1: £8000
Year 2: £9000
Year 3: £10,000
This would be paid in quarterly instalments
Title Sponsors receive a complimentary table for 10 at our Sponsors Lunch and a table of 6 at our Annual awards Dinner
This could be sold as a whole 10-week programme, or individual weeks could be sold at lower costs
Youth sponsorship
This would be a large option but very attractive I’d imagine
220 kids for 10 weeks, who then run around East Belfast with branded clothing on the rest of the year
Idea on prices:
£2.50 per child per week = £5500
£2 per child per week =£4400
£1.50 per child per week =£3300
£1 per child per week = £2200
