Kimanda Events are seeking sponsorship for their charity ball to raise money for two wonderful charities; The Tony Hudgell Foundation and Cots for Tots neonatal charity.
Charity Ball – We have been working for months to try and get as much support and help as possible to raise as much as humanly possible and minimise our outgoings to achieve this. We have successfully secured some entertainment, room dressing and door security from some very generous businesses, which has meant that so far we only have food to pay for.
However, we now request support and sponsorship so we can make this a real night to remember and make as much for the charities as possible:
The event is being held on the 10th May 2024 at the stunning Hatherley Manor in Gloucester.

Specific Opportunity Details
1. *Full Table Sponsorship - £1000:** Exclusive branding for a table of 12, prominent visibility, and acknowledgment throughout the evening.
2. **Half Table Sponsorship - £600:** Cost-effective option for sponsoring half a table (6 individuals) with branding and recognition.
3. **General sponsorship**
Which will pay for further value-adding costs and enable us to pass all proceeds onto the charities. We are open to ideas about what this would look like and would value hearing any ideas for what you have to offer.
4. **Raffle and Silent Auction Prizes**
We are going to hold both a raffle and silent auction to raise more money for the charities on the night, we would welcome any offers of prizes to help us with this.
We are hoping for 180 people to attend, and will advertise sponsors prominently on social media across personal platforms and our designated Ball pages.
Features and Benefits
We will promote and credit sponsors, and can add logos to the poster and any other matierals. For sponsored tables, businesses will have their names displayed on the night. We are going to have a projector which also projects names of sponsors throughout the night and there will be special mention and details of support in our speeches. The charities will also be informed of what sponsorship has been given.
