Cardiff Met Sport are looking for sponsorship to support their organisation as they provide sporting activities to schools and local communities.
Cardiff Met Sport – We believe in the power of sport to change lives and it is this belief that guides our work every day. In Change the Game we set out our commitment to delivering a comprehensive, diverse and inclusive activity programme. We also pledge to deliver a multi-million-pound capital investment strategy and revolutionise both our performance and club programmes, ensuring the continued development of medal-winning student-athletes, driving both recruitment and retention. However, we don’t stop there. Our delivery model is unique in the UK, where, through our Joint Venture with Cardiff Council we are also responsible for driving sport, physical activity and health programmes with schools, clubs and communities across Cardiff. We are incredibly proud of this difference, as we strive to redefine and set the example of how a modern, progressive and civically minded University can deliver against multiple outcomes. This is how we #changethegame.
We will focus on excellence across our sporting system, building on a proud history and tradition of sporting success at the University. Significant strategic investment will be made to upgrade facilities, diversify activity and improve access, retention, outcomes and impact in both high performance and participation sport. Working in partnership with the Students’ Union, Cardiff Council, Sport Wales and governing bodies in sport we will deliver an outstanding sporting experience and Cardiff Met will become known as ‘Wales’ Sporting University’ capitalising on sport as a lever for wider social, economic and cultural good and we are looking for sponsors to join this journey with us.
