Other Partners

We are currently in conversation with a number of prospective brand sponsors and are excited to welcome our first confirmed commercial partner for this flagship Celebration Event. This presents a unique opportunity for a business to lead the way and be positioned as a founding supporter.

While no commercial sponsors have yet been confirmed specifically for this event, Birmingham Arts School is proud to be supported throughout the year by a network of respected cultural partners, including organisations such as Birmingham Royal Ballet, Sampad South Asian Arts & Heritage, Ikon Gallery, The GAP Arts Project, Ex Cathedra, and many more. These partnerships reflect the strong foundation and credibility of our work in Birmingham’s arts and education landscape.

We’re now looking for a brand whose values align with ours — to stand out as a key supporter of creative education and take a leading role in celebrating Birmingham’s educators, artists, and the next generation of cultural changemakers.

Investment

We are seeking a cash investment of £3,000 to support the delivery of the BAS Celebration Event. This funding will help cover essential event costs including keynote speaker fees, catering and refreshments, event décor and branding, professional photography, marketing and promotional materials, as well as coach hire to support a performing school group’s participation.

We are also open to discussing additional in-kind support or product-based contributions that align with the spirit of the event — particularly those that enhance the experience for guests, such as refreshments, giveaways, or print/design services.

This investment will directly enable us to create a memorable, high-quality celebration that recognises and uplifts creative educators, artists, and young people across the region.

Other Info

The BAS Celebration Event is not just an awards evening — it is a moment of recognition and reflection for Birmingham’s creative education and cultural sector. This annual event celebrates the work of teachers, artists, and cultural organisations that champion creativity and empower young people through the arts.

Our audience includes decision-makers from across education and culture, making this an excellent opportunity for a brand to align with values of creativity, diversity, youth development, and regional pride.

Sponsoring this event also offers early access and relationship-building potential with Birmingham Arts School — a fast-growing initiative supporting arts and cultural learning in schools across the city. As we expand our reach, sponsors of this celebration will be part of a story that stretches far beyond a single evening.

We are a project under the Birmingham Education Partnership (BEP), which ensures strong links to the education system and a long-standing reputation in the city.
