LiveWell Health is the UK’s leading provider of health and wellbeing services to the Domestic, Commercial and Event Industries and and is the first and only company to offer a mobile recovery unit that is widely used now at all top events around the UK and Europe.

Each year, we donate over £20,000 of free recovery services to charities including:

We support these events by providing free post-race massage and recovery, delivered by our expert therapists. But with the growing demand, we face significant logistical costs — especially van hire and transport expenses.
To continue helping more charities, we’re investing in a dedicated LiveWell event van. Owning our own vehicle will drastically reduce operational costs and allow us to support more events, more charities, and more people.
How You Can Help
We’re seeking to raise £35,000 to purchase and fit out our branded recovery van. Sponsors will benefit from:

Sponsorship Options range from our Bronze package starting at just £2,400 + VAT per year through to our platinum sponsor at £7,500 +vat per month with industry / category exclusivity.

Target Audience
The majority of our 10,000 clients and the events in which we attend will be primarily fitness individuals, people get involved in fitness in various areas such as football, rugby, cricket, athletics, obstacal fitness, functional fitness, cycling and much more. This sponsorship opportunitiy is ideally suited to a brand that works within the fitness industry or sells to sports minded people. We also have around 200 elite level atheltes from premier league footballers (men and women), England Cricketers, Team GB and much more.
Key Dates and Timings
We are running sponsorships from 1 year to 5 years depending on how long you want to be involved and we will offer exclusivity to each industry sector such as fitness apparel, supplements etc.
Specific Opportunity Details
This opportunity is to sponsor our event van purchase at which will be seen at over 220 events a year such as London Marathon, Manchester Marathon, various sporting events like Wolf Run, Tough Mudder etc as well as Tour De France, Rogue Invitationals etc.
Your company will be seen by over 2 million event participants, over 10,000 clients on our mailing list (receive domestic services such as physiotherapy and massage etc), over 400 corporate ftse 500 companies and finally over 35,000 followers on our social media channels.

Bronze – £2400 per year (or £9,000 one off payment) (5 years sponsorship or if paid annual, rolling annual)

Gold – £4800 per year (or £21,000 one off payment) (5 years sponsorship or if paid annual, rolling annual)
- Everything in Bronze & Silver package +
- Dedicated section at the bottom of all client mailings.
- Option to send 1 social post promotion that we can post on all social platforms (38k followers)
Platinum – £7,500 per year (or £34,000 one off payment) (5 years sponsorship or if paid annualy, rolling annual)
- Everything in Bronze, Silver & Gold package +
- Large Mailer and Social Campaign to launch you as our dedicated apparel partner
- Exclusivity from other gym apparel companies
- Leaflet Distribution to recovery zone users in all events (over 100,000 active zone users)
- Product Promotion at events where required (join us on site)
- Option to ask our even crew to where your t shirts at event (branded with livewell detailing)
Other Partners
We currently have Hyperice, Runitude and MNRLS currently on board, MNRLS sponsorship ends next month but Hyperice and Runitude are still with us and continuing their support.
Investment
We will look at all avenues if it is right for the company and our events services. In particular though we are looking to purchase a large event van and have it wrapped professionally so monetary is the preferred option.
We will be looking for between £2400 per year (£9000 one off for 5 years) up to £7,500 per year (£34,000 one off for 5 years).
