Heathfield & Waldron Ladies RFC is one of Sussex’s most successful and ambitious women’s rugby clubs. Since forming in 2016, we’ve risen through the leagues to reach Championship 2 (Level 3), the highest level of women’s rugby in the county.

Currently the highest-playing women’s rugby team in Sussex, competing in Championship 2 following promotion last season.
Each year we see our players represent Sussex County, with 14 players selected for the 2024 final at Twickenham — including both try scorers.
