ALL ENGLAND IRISH DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026
I am writing on behalf of An Chomhdhail’s Southern England Region’s Council, proud hosts of the upcoming All England’s Irish dancing competition that celebrates culture, athleticism, and community spirit. The event will take place on the 24th and 25th January 2026 at the Wyllyotts Theatre in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire and we expect to welcome dancers, families, and spectators from across the region and beyond. This event is England’s qualifying event in order for dancers to take part in the world championships in Ireland at Easter.
As one of the most anticipated events on the local Irish dancing calendar, this competition offers a unique opportunity to support young talent and promote cultural heritage. We aim to create a high-quality, inclusive event that showcases both seasoned and up-and-coming dancers while fostering community pride.
To make this event a success, we are seeking sponsors to help offset event costs such as venue hire, adjudicator and musician fees and travel, awards, and safety measures. Staging this event is a huge financial undertaking as we are entirely self-funded. We believe that such a partnership could align strongly with your company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.
Sponsorship support allows us to keep participation costs low and ensure accessibility for all dancers.
All sponsors will be acknowledged on our social media platforms.
Target Audience
Any supporters of grass roots. Any companies linked to Irish Heritage. Any age range.
