I am writing to you on behalf of 1874 Northwich Junior FC – Phoenix, one of the junior teams proudly representing 1874 Northwich Football Club. We are an enthusiastic group of young players who train and compete with a shared passion for football, teamwork, and personal development.
I was recently appointed as the new team manager following a turbulent time which unfortunately left the team with low morale and players wishing to leave. We have undergone a team name change to draw a line in the sand and have a fresh start for the new season. For many players this is their penultimate season in football and myself and our coaching team want to make these last two years the best that they can be.
As a club, we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where children can stay active, learn valuable life skills, and develop a lifelong love for sport. However, like many grassroots teams, we rely on the generous support of local businesses and individuals to keep our costs affordable for families and to provide the best possible experience for our players.
We are currently seeking sponsorship to help us purchase new coats, along with essential training and match equipment we would also like to treat the team to new football kits. Many of our players face cold and wet conditions during the season, and proper coats will keep them warm, healthy and able to focus on their football. Updated training equipment will ensure safe, effective practice sessions and continued skill development.
