The Faye Knowles Chapman Foundation are seeking sponsorship as they plan to organise a formal black tie event.
The Faye Knowles Chapman Foundation – We are presently organising a charity Ball themed Diamonds are forever on Saturday 6th April 2024, at Bailiff Bridge Community Centre. Brighouse . Faye sadly died at the age of 27 with cervical Cancer which she was diagnosed originally before she was 25, this is the age you are eligible for life saving cervical screening. The Foundation was set up by Faye’s Parents Eileen and Richard Chapman with the ultimate of raising awareness of cervical cancer and campaigning to get the age of screening lowered. The charity also funds young women under the age of 25 who have associated symptoms to access screening privately.

Target Audience
Age 18 to old age it will be a glamorous social event, hosting 80-100 guests with a wide range of age and gender as well as couples and single individuals.

Specific Opportunity Details
To be in keeping with a Bond theme we are hiring casino tables (Casino Royal). It will be a formal black tie event. Faye was dancer and we are trying to plan entertainment which reflects her dancing career, and the aim is to make the evening a very glamorous event.
Features and Benefits
We would advertise with a logo on the posters promoting the event, on the night of the event there will be a thank you board advertising the event also on social media and possibly through local news papers.

Investment
We are looking for sponsors to help cover the cost of 3 Casino tables £210 each the sponsors name will be on that Casino table (Sponsored by ...). We are also needing sponsor money for entertainment and we are looking for raffle prizes. All sponsors will be advertised on the posters promoting the event, on the evenings programme and social media. Any help either by sponsorship or raffle prizes would be gratefully appreciated.
