The Conquest Cup is an influencer charity football event bringing the UK community of the biggest content creators across the UK together to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. The concept of the original charity match was discussed in January 2022 whilst playing FIFA. One thing led to another and the Willcox family decided to create a Father vs Son charity football event, which allowed a variety of content creators and friends to raise money for charity. Exactly a week before the first event in 2022, Josh’s grandad passed away. This led to playing the charity match in honour of him, raising money for the British Heart Foundation. This was a great opportunity for him to be remembered by playing the sport he adored.

The event is at Ilkeston Town FC on the 25th May 2024.

Specific Opportunity Details

This years charity football event will take place at Ilkeston Town FC. Our third event is all about upscaling and going bigger and better than ever, whilst retaining what has made the previous events so special. We are moving to Ilkeston Town in Derby opposed to Maidstone United, Kent. We believe this will attract a higher number in ticket sales and therefore more exposure for brands. This year, we have content creators playing such as, Plute, Cal the Dragon, J2 Hundred, AngryGinge, and Luke Bennett, who are provisionally set to be playing at the event in May. We expect the in-person attendance to increase to around 500-600.
