The PTA would like to partner with a local agent to sponsor the school, in particular the Christmas Fair
Our previous agreement with a local agent was a donation per advertising board placed at families’ properties in the run up to the Summer and Christmas Fair. (The cost of the board and placement was born by the agent)
We would like to replicate this agreement. We have around 80-90 boards spread through Raynes Park, Morden, Wimbledon, Colliers Wood and Mitcham. Alternatively, we would be happy to agree a fixed annual sponsorship amount.
What we can offer
In return we will promote your support to our school community of over 480 local families, via parentmail (the school
email communication app), class Whatsapp groups and Instagram.
We will display your logo on our event flyers which are circulated via our communication apps (as listed above) to all family’s multiple times ahead of each event.
We are happy to display a banner on our school gates in the weeks leading up to the fair in addition to displaying it at the event itself.
We are happy to host you at a stall at one or both fairs to meet and greet locals, distribute any branded merchandise, or even run a game or competition.
You will be making a positive contribution to your local community and supporting the children .

St Mary’s Association of Parents and Teachers (SMA for short) is a registered charity which exists to support the work of the school. Fundraising is one of our main objectives and the money raised goes towards buying resources which are outside the school budget. This money supports the school community
The money the SMA raise is used to fund a range of individual projects both big and small including; a new suite of Chrome books to support the children’s learning, entrance fees for all the children to attend Wimbledon Bookfest, new sports equipment, new books for the library, early years play equipment and resources to support neurodiversity.
The Sunflower Fund is a special project which was set up to assist families who need help to meet the costs of school activities. Today the fund is in place to assist any family in need. The award is granted at the discretion of the Head with the agreement of the SMA.
