Rumble Esports organises grassroots esports tournaments in London in collaboration with colleges and youth centres. Our mission is to unleash the next generation of competitive gamers, and we do this by inviting talented gamers from the community to compete at the state-of-the-art Red Bull Gaming Sphere.
All our events have been sold out thanks to our wide-reaching networks with London based colleges. Through 2024, our events have attracted hundreds of young and tech-savvy audiences in our venue and thousands online. This presents a unique opportunity for any sponsor to network, build positive brand sentiment and promote their products & services.
Target Audience
Our primary demographics are aged between 16-24 who reside in London and are currently studying or have just started their first job. They are extremely passionate about gaming, technology, music and sports.
Key Dates and Timings
Rumble Esports is looking to build a long-term relationship with a sponsor and is keen to explore a 1-year term initially to showcase our value. At the end of the term and upon impact evaluation, the duration of sponsorship can be extended.
The key events that are planned for 2025 are as below. While the dates are flexible and can be rescheduled, they are based upon student availability and avoid half terms where holidays may be scheduled.

5) 13th December 2025
Each event lasts for approximately 6 hours and is action packed with thrilling game play where gamers and spectators are enjoying the tournament, free-play gaming area, virtual reality, podcast interviews drinks, food, music and other engaging activities.
Specific Opportunity Details
On the back of our success in 2024, in 2025, Rumble Esports will host five EAFC25 gaming tournaments (formerly FIFA) attracting over 400 young adults in-person at a London venue and reach over 50,000 impressions online.
The tournaments are scheduled in January, April, June, October and December and will be held at a central location in London. Through our collaboration and relationships with further education colleges, we will reach over 64’000 students via their internal communication channels and marketing screens. Our experience has shown that in-person interactions have the most effective conversion results and create the build a sense of community.
Through our organic approach, we currently have over 500 followers spread across our social media platforms which has generated over 17,000 impressions on Instagram and 8,500 on LinkedIn.
This presents an exciting opportunity for a sponsor to engage a hard-to-target demographic by being present, building relationships and brand awareness through online and in venue branding. There are also opportunities:
* for branding in-venue and on digital promo materials
* to co-create social media content
* to have product placement in venue and online
* for a sponsor booth in venue and
* for customised opportunities in alignment with sponsor marketing goals.
Our experience of organising esports events has demonstrated that the young adults that attend our events enjoy the social aspect of our events which means that any sponsor is guaranteed to have engagement, especially if their brand offers valuable products or services that appeal to them.

The Rumble Esports team understands that each company will have unique branding and marketing goals for the fiscal year. In this regard, we aim to have a flexible approach to sponsorship and would prefer to focus and find solutions on the sponsor’s high priority areas. 1) Direct engagement with target demographics via a sponsor booth. The sponsor may use this opportunity for product research, gathering audience insights about trends or create brand awareness.
2) Take centre stage with your branding. There are multiple avenues to create brand visibility in the venue via having your logo on the 12 screens throughout the venue or on the 190-inch screen where the final match takes place. We also have an opportunity to create brand visibility via our marketing efforts which occurs 8 weeks before each event. Our marketing tools include college visits, social media content and in-community pop-up stalls where we hand out flyers, increase our social media following. The Rumble Esports team can carry your brand name as we interact with thousands of young adults.
3) Promote your products or services through the prize and awards we give to exceptional talent. Rumble Esports loves to celebrate performance and awards gamers by giving away merchandise and gifts. This presents a great opportunity for the sponsor to be organically visible and for their products to be boasted about. There is also a second opportunity for product placement in our podcast room where we chat with our demographics about their interests.

We currently host our events at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere. They are the host for these events and are not a sponsor nor are they providing any financial support. However, they are a great champion for our brand and ensure that we deliver a fun and seamless event.
Investment
The Rumble Esports team has identified 6 key elements of the tournaments that we are seeking sponsorship for – which total £64,000. Securing a monetary sponsor for those elements will allow us to cover the costs of five EAFC tournaments throughout 2025. Further breakdown of these costs can be made available.
