JCA Seminars are seeking sponsorship for their upcoming Radiology Awards 2023 event to recognise achievements within the medical industry.
Radiology Awards 2023 – JCA Seminars is a leading imaging CPD training provider supporting not only the UK but international imaging professionals with medical training across a large variety or specialties.
The RADIOLOGY AWARDS 2023 will celebrate and recognise the wonderful achievements of doctors/departments/services that are provided everyday . We are looking for sponsorship to support the awards night and create opportunities amongst our medical community. Lets give back to the unsung hero’s of the medical world.

Key Dates and Timings
The awards will be held on the 3rd November 2023. The event will start late afternoon with a celebration of local hospital and medical professionals from Norfolk and Suffolk raising a glass and enjoying canapes whilst we celebrate great achievements from our local unsung hero's. The awards dinner will then shortly followed with a 3 course meal and award presentation. The night will then finish with a dance floor to dance the night away.
Specific Opportunity Details
TABLE SPONSORS - £2300 + VAT
For organisations/product lines wishing to sponsor a Table of 10 for NHS Staff to join the event for free, this is a great way to network with Radiologists and Radiographers, and celebrate together. Your donation will enable 8 Radiologists/Radiographers and 2 Company representatives to dine with us and enjoy the night’s celebrations. As a table sponsor, your logo will feature on the table and in pre-award marketing including on the website, email communications (to 100,000 Radiologists worldwide), a blog, and printed materials on the night (exhibition showcase also available).
CATEGORY SPONSORS - £3500 + VAT
For organisations/product lines wishing to sponsor a specialist category, your sponsorship provides a one-minute video introduction for your chosen category. You will also have the opportunity for a spokesperson to congratulate the winner and nominees in-person on the night. As a category sponsor, your logo will also be featured on the website, email communications (to 100,000 Radiologists worldwide) and printed materials on the night (exhibition showcase also available). This package also includes 2 places for dinner as part of the package for your company.
HEADLINE SPONSOR - £10,000 + VAT
As headline sponsor, you will be the primary sponsor of this prestigious event. Your sponsorship will include the Welcome Drinks Reception, and provide an opportunity for 5 of your key staff, to attend with dinner included. In addition to the drinks reception, you will have the opportunity to Introduce the awards and present your headline video (two minutes in length). You will also be welcome to provide attendee packs for those in-person to take home after the event. Your sponsorship will also include your logo on the website, emails (to 100,00 Radiologists worldwide), and printed materials on the night (exhibition showcase also available).
