England Masters Hockey goalkeeper Neal Hadgraft is seeking funding for the Home Nations and World Cup in 2024.
Neal Hadgraft – England Masters Hockey Goalkeeper: I live in the UK and play hockey for Maldon Hockey Club. I am looking for a sponsor to help fund me throughout 2024 as part of the England Masters Hockey Over 45 squad, taking part in the Home Nations Championship in Glasgow, The Indoor World Cup in Nottingham, and the World Cup in New Zealand. England Masters’ hockey is completely self-funded, so to compete I need to raise around £4,000 to cover travel, accommodation, and kit. I am therefore looking for sponsorship to cover some of these costs.
At the World Cup, across four different age groups, the following countries will be represented: England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Oman, USA, Canada, Bangladesh, Chile, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka.
World Masters Hockey has grown exponentially in recent years and there is a thriving global community. This is an opportunity to advertise your brand in and around the UK, as well as internationally to an audience that you may not otherwise have considered and at the same time help me to fulfill my international hockey ambitions.
Target Audience
The audience will be range from 12 years old to 70+ at club level, both male and female. At County, Regional and International level the, while my age group is 45-50, the audience will be male and female between 35 and 70 years old. Mostly people who are interested in sports, sports clothing etc.
Key Dates and Timings
The Home Nations tournament takes place in Glasgow from the 21st June to the 23rd June 2024.
The World Cup will take place in Auckland, New Zealand from the 7th November to the 16th November 2024.
This sponsorship deal and the promotion of your company would last until March 2025 which will be the end of the UK 2024/25 season.
