Mimi’s Mission
We are a community charity that operates in the Lincolnshire countryside. With over 2000 local residents our events, youth services and community groups are designed to improve social cohesion in our area.
This saw a reduction of about 85% in anti social behaviour in the first year alone.
We have been doing events since spring 2022 and steadily growing in events and numbers since.
Target Audience
Our events are all about social cohesion. This means bringing the local community together and putting events on that the community can be proud off.
MimiFest is aimed at all music lovers and family’s
Family fun day, classic car enthusiasts, crafty people, bargain hunters, FAMILIES
Bike nights – bike enthusiasts
Community groups – mild aged and older generations,
Youth sessions – all children aged 5 to 18.
The aim is to not single out one demographic but bring several together and through the course of the different activities on offer we can bring the local community together
Key Dates and Timings
We have several events that take place through the year, these include:
MimiFest (local music festival) 6th September
Family fun day, including classic car display, car boot sale, craft stalls and display acts – 12 July
Bike nights – last Friday of the month (April through to September)
Bonfire – November
Christmas Fayre – December
Features and Benefits
We offer a unique opportunity to offer companies a chance to support a local community charity.
Our social media post have reached over 5000 people for our events, most are local.
Along side on the day sponsorship acknowledgements. There will be flyer distributed to the local villages and towns.
On social media we will be tagging the sponsors in all associated posts and unique posts of gratitude as well.

We have had local businesses supporting us at past events such as Louth Self Storage
D&D Engineering and Louth Interskill.
As well as other companies that have provided job financial support.
Investment
We have 4 different packages available:
1. Single Event Sponsor:
– large event £500/ event
This is our music festival, family funday
– all bike nights -£500
– individual bike night – £50 each
– Bonfire night – £100
2. All events sponsor – £1250
This includes Mimifest, Family funday, all bike nights, bonfire night.
3. Youth and community services Sponsor – £25/ week max 36weeks
This is for the weekly sessions that are put on by the charity.
3. All events and youth sponsor – £2000
This combines No 2 and 3
