Employment is the most effective way of giving people independence, financial security and a sense of belonging. Employment 4 All was founded to help people in difficulties and those from disadvantaged groups to get skills, to get jobs and have the same opportunities as others do. Our employment support projects aim to combat the social exclusion that many of the most disadvantaged in our communities, face trying to gain employment, inclusion and control over their lives. We help people to sustain in employment by providing them with specialist in work support.
We support companies who want our help promoting and delivering Equality, diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and help create working environments and cultures where every individual feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to achieve their full potential.
For many the gap to employment is great and they face multiple barriers to employment and multiple complex needs such as poverty, homelessness/temporary housing,
Care Leavers, lone parents, victims of domestic violence and exploitation. We need to address these core basic barriers first, to help raise them up to be work-ready. Companies who are looking to help can sponsor care packages including basics such as food, fares to work, be matched with suitable candidates from our talent pool and create make significant long-term impacts on the lives of the most marginalised and underserved individuals and communities.
