We are reaching out to you today in hopes that we could open up conversations into your company providing sponsorship f the largest grass volleyball tournament in the North of England. We at Dig Masters believe that your company aligns well with our attendees and audience – that being most aged between 18-25, who are very sporting minded. We understand that it is a company’s goal to always push their business to like-minded individuals and thus a sponsorship at our event gives your company the best possible moment to be able to promote your business.
To give you some information about the event, we are currently in talks with York Sport at the University of York to use their 22-acre grass grounds which provide the perfect space for our event. We are organizing a grass volleyball tournament that is set up as a round robin style, with the championship court hosting the winners of our tournament. We are attracting students and local league indoor and beach volleyball players ranging from Leeds, to Durham and most in between. As said previously, are attendees will likely be in the age range of 18-25 and so a company like yours will be able to have promotion to the perfect target audience.
We are a very new company and would really appreciate it if you/others involved could read over the sponsorship form that our company offers and we hope that we can share agreements in a sponsorship of our event.

Features and Benefits
Type one: Raffle Sponsor - £0.00
Your company would offer items of any value to our raffle, where all raffle ticket sales will be donated to the charity ‘Access Sport’ and ‘Let’s Keep The Ball Flying’.
Your items will be showcased to everyone, with your logo preferably on it, and be won by an attendee of the event.
Type two: Digital Sponsor - £150.00
The companies name and logo will be included at the bottom of email confirmation of ticket purchase of attendees and any email blasts to hype up the event.
Specific social media post to the account of thanks for the digital sponsor with the company logo on the main slide. The social media account on Instagram will be @dig.masters
The name/brand will be featured in the information poster of the event, and on the signing pages before the start of the tournament.
Type three: Signage Sponsor - £300.00
Your company logo will be placed on the signs surrounding the event location.
Your company logo will be on the tournament sign-in sheet, which is mandatory to fill in.
For a limited number of spaces for company logos, we will be putting company logos on the tournament board, which will be used to showcase the running of the tournament.
Type four: Court Sponsor - £500.00
The company logo will be the main logo that surrounds the court – this will be organised by the event designer and organiser, where the company will be the most prominent around the court, but with other sponsors around (subject to change).
The court name of the selected court will be changed to be called the company name – Example: The (Company name) Court 3 and will be referred to that on the tournament sheet.
Your company has the ability to set up benches, chairs etc around the court that you are wanting to sponsor. This will encourage attendees to stay at that court, where your logo will be prominent.
Type five: Title Sponsor (one slot available) - £3500.00
The name of the tournament will be rebranded the day of confirmation of a title sponsor to ‘The Dig Masters (Company name) Grass Volleyball Tournament’. This will also change the logo of the event, with the company name being placed on the logo.
The company logo will be seen in every email sent to attendees of confirmation of tickets.
This sponsorship package will ‘own’ the center court of the tournament, with the name of the center court being the company name (see point two on the court sponsor package). Centre court will be the ‘championship court’, where the finalists of the 2v2 and 4v4 tournaments will be held.
